As a designer you are extremely conscientious and dependable. For instance, you are on time for appointments, return my phone calls, follow through with questions and answers regarding timelines, furniture availability, pricing, etc. And through it all, you remain calm and supportive.
Secondly and equally important, you are a good listener. You listen to my concerns and my opinions. When I ask “What do you think?” you analyze the situation and offer advice based on what you’ve learned about me- my preferences, my tastes and my dislikes. You answer honestly and you don’t impose ideas, dictate, or try to control the decision.
It’s not surprising that, as a result of all of this, I love everything you have helped me with! I like, respect and trust you implicitly as a person and as an interior decorator and that’s why I have, and will continue to, recommend you to members of my family and my friends.
